We provided a Cat A fit out across 6 floors which included full M&E services (Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC systems) The state of the art offices boasts a space of 115,476 sq. ft. including 200 car parking spaces (with 25 Electric Vehicle charging points) and a state of the art lighting control system. The project involved the installation of a state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems designed for energy efficiency and comfort of the building.
